Please kindly let us know if you are unable to make your appointment prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Those who cancel within the 24 hour time period will be asked to pay a 50% rebooking fee. No shows will be asked to pay 80% of their scheduled appointment cost in order to reschedule.

Service Alterations

If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon within 7 days from your scheduled appointment.

Photo Release:

We love to take before and after photos to use on our Instagram and Facebook page. By booking your appointment you consent to your photos being used for marketing purposes (but we will always ask you to make sure anyways!) If you prefer photos of your face not to be posted, just let us know!
